Free parking, Wi-Fi, and a beautiful location for exploring the city. No pets or smoking allowed.

The small treat left on the bed, chocolates, was a nice touch. The facilities were excellent, with everything I needed for a longer stay - a washing machine, iron, hoover, hair dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ferry terminal to Smiltymė. great value for money.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town. the apartment is clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the sofa-bed is good and they even provide a mattress to make it more comfortable. the administrator is friendly and helpful.

The apartment was nicely equipped and cozy, making it a perfect choice for a longer stay. The private parking available was a bonus, especially in the city center. we had a wonderful stay at Kubu and would highly recommend it.

During my city break, I really liked the spacious and clean apartments offered. The interior was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the cleanliness was top-notch. the apartments were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen, a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. The location of the apartments was also a key advantage, being situated close to the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to popular attractions. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and make the most of my time during my stay.

There were a few things that I disliked about my experience at the apartments. the noise from the outside was quite bothersome, especially during warm nights when I needed to open the windows for ventilation.
